Gem Tots is our parent & toddler cheer-inspired session for ages 2–5, created especially for little ones who are ready to explore movement with a bit more direction, but aren’t quite ready for a fully structured class just yet.

These sessions are loosely structured and play-led, blending fun with gentle guidance. Children will be introduced to the foundations of cheerleading through basic tumble drills, simple jumps, balancing, body shapes, stretching, and coordination activities, all delivered in an age-appropriate, nurturing way that builds confidence and independence.

Gem Tots is the perfect next step after Pixies Playtime or for complete newcomers, helping children develop the physical skills, body awareness and listening skills needed to transition smoothly into our Tiny Beginners Cheer classes when they come of age.

Parents are actively encouraged to be involved as much or as little as they wish, offering reassurance, support and shared fun as their child grows in confidence. It’s a relaxed, supportive environment where toddlers can move, explore and learn at their own pace, while still feeling safe and supported.
